In November 2013, with much fanfare, Qaid Johar Bhaisaheb was conferred with an honorary doctorate from the University of East London. The degree was from a university that almost nobody had heard of until that point, and almost nobody has heard of since then.

According to current theology espoused by Qaid Johar Bhaisaheb's siblings and some of his uncles, all of this fascination with worldly degrees actually detracts from our religion rather than enhances it. Especially degrees that are not actually earned, but just obtained for the sake of worldly pomp and show.
